The plumbing under every website and inbox
Your domain, your email, your name. Set up properly, and run for you.
The domain nobody can find the login for. The email that keeps landing in spam. The DNS records set once, years ago, and never looked at again. This is the quiet, technical foundation that everything else sits on, and when it is loose, your site can go down, your mail can vanish, and someone can send as you. We secure the domain in your own name at cost, manage your DNS on Cloudflare, set up business email properly on Proton, get your mail out of the spam folder with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and lock the domain itself down with DNSSEC, CAA and TLS. It is real capability, run for you. Start with a free audit, then we quote the work to your business. One bill, no lock-in, and direct support, not a call centre.
- Domain in your own name
- DNS managed on Cloudflare
- Business email done right
- Out of the spam folder
- DNSSEC, CAA and TLS
In plain English
Your domain is your address on the internet, and DNS is the address book that tells the world where your website lives and where your email goes. Get it wrong and your site can drop offline, your mail can disappear into spam, and someone can spoof your address. This service is that foundation, set up properly: the domain secured in your own name at cost, DNS managed on Cloudflare, business email set up right, deliverability sorted so mail reaches the inbox, and the domain itself locked down. It is not a product you have to run. It is the plumbing, done correctly and looked after for you.
How it fits together
One domain, set up right. Six things handled for you.
Your domain feeds a single, properly managed foundation, and from it everything that keeps your site online and your mail trusted flows. You own it; we run it.
How we do it
Audited, secured, set up, then run for you.
There is no control panel to learn and no records to configure yourself. We audit exactly what you have, put your domain and email right, and keep them running, all on infrastructure trusted worldwide, so nothing gets quietly missed.
- 01
We audit what you have
The free audit maps your domain, DNS, mailboxes and records exactly as they stand today: who owns the name, where the mail goes, what is missing, and why messages are landing in spam. Nothing is guessed at.
- 02
We secure the domain in your name
If you need a name, we lead or assist you in choosing and registering it, at cost, in your own account. If you already have one, we bring it under proper management. Either way, you own it, and there is no markup.
- 03
We set DNS and email up properly
DNS is managed on Cloudflare, so records are correct and fast. Business email is set up on Proton where it makes sense, routing and mailboxes are configured, and your team is onboarded cleanly.
- 04
We authenticate and lock it down
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured and aligned so your mail is trusted, and DNSSEC, CAA and TLS are put in place so the domain itself is signed, scoped and encrypted. Then it is run for you.
What is included
The whole foundation, set up and looked after.
None of this is glamorous, and that is exactly why it gets skipped. It pairs closely with website security, which protects the site the same way this protects the domain and the inbox.
Choosing and securing the domain
We lead or assist you in picking the right name and registering it in your own account, at cost, no markup, and we prompt you before it renews so it never lapses.
DNS managed on Cloudflare
Your records set up correctly and kept fast, on infrastructure trusted worldwide, so your site resolves and your mail routes exactly where it should.
Business email set up properly
Real business mailboxes on your own domain, set up on Proton where it fits, private and EU-based, not a free address that undercuts you on every enquiry.
Email routing and team onboarding
Aliases, shared addresses and forwarding wired up, and your team brought onto the new setup cleanly, so nobody loses a message in the switch.
Deliverability, out of the spam folder
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and aligned, so receiving servers trust your mail and it lands in the inbox instead of the junk folder.
Domain-level security
DNSSEC to sign your DNS, CAA to control who can issue certificates for your name, and TLS so everything runs over https. The quiet locks most small businesses skip.
DMARC and TLS reporting
Reporting turned on so you can see who is sending as you and catch spoofing early, with the noise handled for you, not dropped in your lap.
Fixing the setup you inherited
Tangled DNS, a name in someone else's account, half-configured mailboxes, we untangle it, put it right, and hand it back clean and in your own name.
The difference
Left as it is, or set up properly.
Most small-business domains and inboxes are held together with guesswork. The question is whether the foundation is correct and in your name, or loose and in someone else's.
Left as it is
- The domain sits in a builder's or an old developer's account
- DNS records set once and never checked
- A free Gmail or Outlook address on your business cards
- Mail drops into spam and you never quite know why
- No SPF, DKIM or DMARC, so anyone can spoof you
- No DNSSEC, CAA or reporting on the name at all
Set up properly
- The domain is registered in your own name, at cost
- DNS managed on Cloudflare, correct and locked down
- Real business email on your own domain, set up properly
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC aligned so mail reaches the inbox
- Spoofing made far harder, with reporting to catch it
- DNSSEC, CAA and TLS in place, run and watched for you
And against the alternatives
Doing it yourself
- The domain
- Bought in a hurry, easy to misplace
- DNS
- A control panel you half understand
- Email auth
- SPF, DKIM, DMARC left blank
- Security
- DNSSEC and CAA never touched
- When it breaks
- You, and a lot of forum posts
A typical web host
- The domain
- Registered in their account, not yours
- DNS
- Locked to their platform
- Email auth
- Basic, if it is set at all
- Security
- Extras you pay more to unlock
- When it breaks
- A ticket queue and a call centre

FAQ
Domains, email and security, answered.
Who owns the domain name, you or me?
You do, always. The domain is registered in your own name, on your own registrar account, under your own email. We either lead the process for you or assist you through it, but the ownership is yours from day one. If you ever wanted to walk away, the domain goes with you, no ransom, no hostage, no unlock fee.
Do you add a markup on the domain?
No. The domain is bought at cost, at the registrar's standard price, and you pay the registrar directly. Most common names are around £10 a year. We do not mark it up, take a cut, or bill you a management fee on top of it. We prompt you before it renews so it never lapses, and that is the whole of it.
What is DNS, in plain English, and why does it matter?
DNS is the address book of the internet: it tells the world where your website lives, where your email goes, and which services are allowed to act on your behalf. If it is set up loosely, your site can go down, your mail can vanish, and someone can spoof your address. We manage it properly on Cloudflare, so the records are correct, fast, and locked down.
Why does my email keep landing in spam?
Almost always because the three authentication records are missing or wrong: SPF, DKIM and DMARC. They are how the receiving server checks that a message really came from you and has not been tampered with. When they are set up correctly, and aligned with each other, your mail is trusted, and it stops dropping into the junk folder. Setting these up properly is a core part of this service.
Do I have to move my email to a new provider?
Not necessarily. If you already have a mailbox that works, we can authenticate and route it properly where you are. Where it makes sense, we set up business email on Proton, which is private, secure and EU-based, so your mail stays close to home. Either way, we set it up correctly, onboard your team, and make sure it is deliverable.
What is DNSSEC, CAA and TLS, and do I need them?
They are the domain-level locks. DNSSEC signs your DNS so it cannot be quietly tampered with in transit. CAA says which authorities are allowed to issue certificates for your name, so nobody else can. TLS is the encryption that turns http into https. They are quiet, technical, and easy to skip, which is exactly why most small businesses do not have them. We put them in place as standard.
Where does my data live?
On UK and EU-based, GDPR-friendly infrastructure, so it stays close to home. DNS runs on Cloudflare, business email on Proton where we set it up, and any newsletter on MailerLite, an EU provider. We only hold what we need to run your systems. There are no tracking pixels and no selling of data, ever.
How much does it cost, and is there a contract?
There are no published package prices, because every setup is a little different. Start with a free audit, then the work is quoted to your business, with website management from £49/month, one simple bill, cancel any time, no lock-in. Domain fees are paid by you directly to the registrar at cost, with no markup from us.
Can you fix the mess I already have?
Yes, that is a lot of what this is. Tangled DNS, a domain registered in someone else's account, three half-configured mailboxes, mail landing in spam, no DNSSEC. We audit exactly what is there, put your domain and records right, and hand you back a setup that is clean, correct and in your own name.
Does this work with the website you build?
Yes, it is designed to. The domain, DNS, email and security are the foundation the managed website runs on. It is one system, wired together and run for you, not four separate accounts you have to hold together yourself. If the website needs doing too, that is the managed website service, and this is the ground it stands on.
